The three should be vulcanized together as a whole, firm and reliable. The upper ceramic block is made of aluminum oxide with a content of 92%, and the height of the ceramic block is 20mm and the diameter is 20mm. The ceramic density is 3.60g/cm3; Vickers hardness 1000; Rockwell hardness 80; flexural strength 270; compressive strength 1450; fracture toughness 3-4. The middle part is made of rubber with a thickness of 10mm. The rubber is a special high wear-resistant rubber with a hardness of 62Shore-A, a tensile strength of 23Mpa, an elongation at break of 550%, a tear strength of 17 N/mm, a rebound of 45%, and a wear of 110 mm3. The shortest distance between ceramic blocks and ceramic blocks and between ceramic blocks and edge rubber filling shall not exceed 6mm. The back is Q235 steel plate with a thickness of 5mm, and the welding stud is made of carbon steel and galvanized; it must be rust-proof and corrosion-proof. The installation method adopts special stud welding machine for welding. The general wear-resistant ceramic lining plate of all equipment in the system should be as uniform as possible, with a basic size of 400*400*35mm, and the wear-resistant plate is installed with staggered seams, with a maximum installation gap of 5mm.
