Bottom (side) dumping mining wagon or mining cart ,mining car is the main transportation equipment for coal mine ground and underground roadway to transport ore and gangue. Bottom unloading type mine car is mainly composed of carriage, frame, buffer, connector, axle and so on. The car body is generally metal structure, both ends are provided with a buffer device, and the coupling device is used to connect the car and car, car and locomotive. The bottom unloading type mine car is connected with the frame by the wheel shaft.
When the bottom (side) dumping mining wagon or mining cart ,mining car is used, the unloading station should be set in the bottom pit car yard, and there is a unloading pit in the unloading station. When the car is suspended and moves forward along the roller, the car underframe opens down automatically by its weight and the weight of the ore it carries, and the unloading wheel at the rear end of the car underframe rolls down along the unloading curve, and the bottom door gradually opens up. Due to the weight of the ore and the weight of the bottom frame of the car, the car receives a horizontal thrust to push the train forward. Ore car through the unloading center, all unloaded. The unloading wheel rolls upward gradually after the inflection point of the curved rail, and the frame and carriage are gradually closed. The thrust produced by unloading accelerates the train.
